Should I get Team On-Prem or Enterprise?
Team On-Prem is Team on your own site: one installation, 10 concurrent users, and a flat price. Enterprise is intended for larger teams/organizations: unlimited users, single sign-on (OIDC, SAML) with SCIM provisioning, organization-wide sharing, and free development, test and disaster-recovery copies.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. The 30 days run from go-live (the day the installation is running on your server), not from the order: ask within them and we refund the first year's license fee. Setup fees and server hardware are not refunded. Your designs stay on your server.
What is an installation?
One running copy on one network: a site, a program or an ITAR enclave. It runs on a signed offline license, so we never need access to your network and you never report user counts. Development, test and disaster-recovery copies are free on Enterprise.
Why no per-user pricing?
Installing on your own network means we can't see who uses it, and you shouldn't need a change order each time you hire.
We have several major sites or programs. How do we buy?
Sign one master agreement, then each program or site orders its installation at the listed rates ($40,000 a year for the first, $30,000 a year for each one after it). For unlimited installations or a perpetual license, ask for a quote.
Can different teams pay their own share?
Yes. Split fees equally or by a custom split in percent; send one-time fees to one team or split them; get one invoice or one per team, each to its own charge number or PO.
What does each charge cover?
Setup covers installing and configuring your server, connecting your identity provider and onboarding. The yearly fee covers the license, updates, maintenance and support.
What does Enterprise maintenance and support cover?
Feature and bugfix updates (signed offline bundles for air-gapped sites), same-day support, keeping your installation current with your IT policies, and 12 hours of training a year, remote or on site. More training and consulting is $300 an hour.
