What is the difference between Pro and Team?
Both carry all of the technical features; Pro is meant for a solo designer; Team is built with dedicated hosting, a shared workspace and priority support.
Which plan do we need for CUI or ITAR work?
Team On-Prem or Enterprise. Both install on your site, air-gapped if you need it, and your designs never leave your network. Team On-Prem can also be hosted in GovCloud. Price Enterprise, or ask us about Team On-Prem.
What is a collaboration seat?
You pay only for engineers: named users who create or edit designs, run processes or operate tools. Reviewers and approvers get free, unlimited collaboration seats.
How does billing work?
Payment goes through Stripe: card, ACH, wire or check, with purchase orders and invoices on request (email us the plan, the number of engineers and your billing details). We never store card or bank details.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Yes. Sign in with your email and check out the core features on our free plan. We offer a free 30-day trial for current users of other commercial software.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
We refund the full charge; your saved designs stay in your account, read-only, and any plan unlocks them again. One refund per customer. On Team On-Prem and Enterprise, the 30 days run from go-live (the day the installation is running on your server), not from the order: ask within them and we refund the first year's license fee. Setup fees and server hardware are not refunded.
Can I change seats, switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time! Switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, download invoices or cancel. A canceled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for; then your saved designs stay read-only and a plan unlocks them again. Per seat costs are prorated montly.
